A valuable concept to understand is that when someone has done something that they are proud of, they like to show it off and often share it. Therefore, the Theme Manager will be made available to allow importing different desktop color, background, and icon themes.
With the Theme Manager, a user can switch between different themes quickly and easily to fit whatever mood strikes him. They can design new ones or modify existing ones. The manager can also be used to export themes for sharing with others.
